Moving In With Family

Guest written by our friend Gladys Fuentes After falling behind on our mortgage payment for six months, my wife and I decided that we had to make a change. I called my brother to talk to him about my options and he generously offered to let us move into his basement for a few years until we can get back on our feet. I was so humbled by his offer. I told him that we would pay rent to him, but he would only let us pay him a couple hundred dollars per month. I reminded him that with four more people in his house, his utility bills were sure to increase. He told me that the energy bill should not be an issue because he has fixed-rate energy that he found out about at www.shopelectricityratestexas.com. We decided that we would get his basement set up and move in at the end of the month. Luckily he only lives a few miles from where we currently live, so our kids will be able to go to the same schools. There are a lot of foreclosed homes in our area right now and it is a shame that we are leaving a house to sit vacant. Recently, I decided to make some major changes and would be moving South to North Carolina to be with my daughter.  She has a newborn and has been having difficulty with securing reliable daycare services. Well, over the years I have accumulated so much in my home and now would be moving into an apartment.  My furniture and other items, could easily fill two 3 bedroom apartments.  I am definitely not going to throw my stuff away, so I have to find a 2nd Hand Store or sell them.  There is no time to sell anything, no and I'm not giving it away.

I had been talking to my girlfriend and she told me that there was  a 1800 listing on late night TV and that she would get the information for me.  Meanwhile, I started going through the yellow pages.  There is so much to choose from, I started getting frustrated because a few I called the companies no longer existed.  A few days later, my friend called me and gave me the information for this "Junk Yard".  Immediately, I said junk yard my stuff is not going into no junk yard.  My  furniture and other items mean something to me and I am not sending them to no junk yard.  She explained to me that they didn't simply junk your merchandise and that they recycle things that can be recycled.  That made me feel a little better, so I called and inquired.  Once I spoke to one of the representatives there, I felt that this was the place for me.  I wouldn't have to worry anymore about getting rid of my items.  The company would come and load up there truck and take the furniture and other items to their location and I would be done.  Best of all, I would receive cash for my merchandise.

Everything worked out for the best, I had some extra money to go on my trip and all of my problems of getting rid of my extras was resolved.  I would recommend this company to anyone that is moving and wants to downsize their home.

We Just Had Our First Child

My husband and I just had our first child, and it was the most amazing experience of our lives. Sadly, the delivery did not go smoothly, and I was forced to have C-section after 17 hours of labor. However, I will never forget the first time that I saw our little boy. It is an experience that is very difficult to describe. As young parents, we want to do everything that we can to protect our child and raise him into a man of character and integrity. It has not taken us long to completely change the way we do things. We no longer stay up late. When the baby goes to sleep, we go to sleep. We have also paid to have a home security system installed through adtLouisiana. Even though we have made many sacrifices as new parents, I would not trade anything for the feeling of being a parent. I love my husband dearly, but I have never quite felt the way I did when I welcomed my son into the world. While our son has not been the easiest baby, I am already looking forward to having more kids.

MAKE UP

Women are naturally beautiful, this is how God created us. Many women once they reach teenage decide whether they want to wear makeup or not. Those that do, take great pride in how their appearance is. Some women like to add special styles of makeup, that make them more appealing to men, real sexy look. Others just like how makeup makes them feel about themselves.

Many women feel like they are lost without makeup on, so they create their new look everyday. There are so many products for women today, to make changes to their appearance. You have eyelashes, to give an outstanding appearance of their eyes. Then you have the eyeliner pencils, eye shadow and so many more to capture their beauty. Now the lips, today you can get flavored glosses, lipstick in most any color, some that even last all day.

Make up is a big producing commodity for women. There is money to be made in beauty products, for both men and women. Finally, you have the foundation and a variety of blushes that accent the whole face; this usually goes on before you add the eyelashes, eyeliners, etc. Make up is like a job, you have to take time in preparation to get it done right.

IS THERE ANY SOLUTION 4 HOMELESSNESS

There are several solutions for homelessness. First, we need to learn what caused some of these families to become homeless. Depending on what the particular situation is, we must work from that point. Take for instance, if a person loses their job and all of their resources have been depleted, then we need to get them back into the work force. This will be the new beginning of restoring their loss.

Also it's important to know all the circumstances; if the company simply downsized or if they were fired, let's get all reasons out of the way. Once we get our families the help and resources they need, then we help them land a job. There are several programs out there, we just have to search them out. Now our family has landed a job and begins to rebuild their financial portfolio. After lets say, give or take 6 months to 1 year they were able to save the money to secure a decent place. Now they can feel much better about themselves and move on to new and better things of life.

GOING TO THE CHAPEL

My fiancé and I will be getting married next month. I can’t wait to begin our new life together. We purchased a new house that’s equipped with everything we need except for a security system. Growing up, we always had a security system, so I have always thought of it as a necessity. We decided to have a system installed that my fiancé found at http://www.AllHomeSecurity.com. I think it is strange that when a couple gets married, all of their family members feel the need to donate all of their ugly, unwanted furniture to them for their new house. However, we don’t have the money to replace it right now, so I guess we’ll stick with it and be grateful for the generosity of my husband’s deceased great aunt. Today, living in the city we need more security. The economy is down and so many people are out of work, they are looking for jobs and can't find them. What are we going to do, it's getting harder and harder to get any type of assistance, unemployment is coming to a halt. How are we going to make it, because of this some people are turning to crime, robbing people in person or burglarizing their homes. For this those of us that have homes and even apartments must have more security.
